Information for property owners

Apartment Living proposes to you to rent your apartment in various ways:

1. Unfurnished rentals: We make everything; the real transaction (marketing), the drafting of act and the inventory of fixtures. We support you in the choice of the candidate by stressing the solvency of that client. The Fees, with height of 15 % HT of the annual rent, will be shared by two between the tenant and the owner.
2. Long-term furnished rentals (3 months to 1 year): We put at your service our experience as regards hiring furnished to find you customers. A mandate of hiring furnished will be signed with Apartment Living. The fees of the company, with height of 30 % of monthly rent including all taxes, will be suported by the tenant only. In this type of hirings, no service will be proposed by Apartment Living. The owner will have only to provide, the linen, to do the housework and to occupy himself of the reception of the customers.
3. Short-term furnished rentals: (1 week to 3 months): We occupy ourselves of all. Marketing, inventory of fixtures, reception of the customers, spare, supply of the household linen, guarantee of the rents, bulbs, minor repairs.... will be supported by Apartment Living. A franchise agreement one year will be signed between the parts. The owner, within this framework of hiring, will also be able, if it it desire, to occupy his apartment. Apartment Living will stroke the price of the hiring of 50 % to face the loads relative to its service.
